This past week, CEO David Potere (left) and the Head of Field Insights, Matt Beckwith (right), visited several farms in Nebraska to take a ground-level look at the crops that we monitor from space.

Matt even took David to his grandparents farm, where he showed him the tractor that he learned to drive growing up.

...which was an occasion commemorated by many selfies.

David and Matt thoroughly enjoyed discussing the current season with different farmers and learning trade secrets.

The pair is already looking forward to their next trip out of the office and into the field! Matt and Fernando will be on the ProFarmer Crop Tour this August.
